Example: for a key business division of a global pharmaceutical company we ran their annual international training events bringing together sales, marketing and medical staff. Instead of the usual sales training course with product briefings and lectures, we ran a highly participative 4-day event where new information was combined with team-based planning and learning sessions – culminating in the development of focused and practical action plans for each team to take back to their home country to drive their business forward.
